Theme: “BCSF XVI in Quarantine”

Submission Deadline: Sunday, Aug. 2 at 11:59 PM PT

Voting Period: Monday Aug. 3 - Wednesday Aug. 5

Winner Announcements: Opening Ceremonies on Thursday, Aug. 6 at 7 PM EST

Show off your designing chops! Enter for a chance to win some fabulous prizes for your submission of this year’s BCSF Design Contest.

Prizes:

First Place: $200 + a free item of your choice with your winning design

Second Place: $100 + a free item of your choice with your winning design

Third Place: $50 + a free item of your choice with your winning design

Guidelines/Requirements:

  1. Create a design that follows our theme for this year: “BCSF XVI in Quarantine.” It can be as specific or loose around that theme as you’d like!

    • It does not have to include the official BCSF Logo, but if you’d like to use it, you can download our BCSF logo as a PNG here.

    • It should have some kind of reference to BCSF, whether in type or image or any creative way you can incorporate it.

    • You should also incorporate “XVI” and/or “2020” to indicate which year of BCSF we are in.

    • Please have your design ready as either a .JPG or .PNG file.

    • Maximum file size 50MB

    • Recommended size 3600 × 4500 px

    • No color limit

    • Please submit with a transparent background if applicable

    • Digital drawings are highly encouraged, but if you can provide a high-quality scan of a hand drawing, you can submit that.

  2. Please submit your designs through our online submission form through the button below.

  3. Submit before the deadline of Sunday, August 2nd at 11:59 PM PT.

  4. We want to cultivate a heavenly culture of Hyojeong! The use of inappropriate language, images, or subject matter on the designs as determined by our staff will automatically disqualify your submission.

How to Win:

  1. After we receive all the submissions, on Monday Aug. 3rd we will start a voting period for three days.

  2. We will post all the designs on Facebook and run a contest through the most “likes” per design. There will be a final panelist of judges to make the final decisions.

  3. We will announce the winners at the Opening Ceremony on Thurs, Aug. 6th at 7 PM EST.

  4. Throughout BCSF the winning designs will be available for purchase as t-shirts, facemasks, and other merchandise through our online store!
